He is survived by: his mother Naomi Lewis Ballard; his wife Sandra Jones; his children, Makenzi Glasgow, Jennifer Robinson (Gary), Tamie Sykes (Kerry), Athens, Amy Red (Travis) and Tony Shackelford (Angie); his sisters, Terri Duncan, Detroit and Sherry Howell (Roland); and his aunts and uncles, Rita Robinson (Danny), Faye Brown (David), Reggie Jones (Julia) of Michigan, Charles Lewis (Kathy) of Michigan and Keith Lewis of Michigan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
