He is survived by: his parents, John Michael Palmer (Sheila) and Mary Alene Cantrell Moreland (Don); his brothers, Matthew Palmer (Brittany) and Marc Palmer; his stepsiblings, Jake McCollum (Miranda), Jonathan Moreland, Shandi Fisher (James) and Sheena White (P. J.); his nieces, Bailey Holloway, Jenna Palmer and Bailey Vaughn; his nephew Johnny Vaughn; his aunts and uncles, Robin Smith, Donna Lucas (Dwain), Mike Cantrell (Lisa), David Palmer (Carla), Brenda Middaugh (Richard) and Jackie Palmer (Virginia); and his close friends, David Bray, Eric Jones and Daniel Tubb.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home (1604 MS-25, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
