He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood Boyd and Virgie Lou West Boyd; his wife Martha Faye Plunkett; and his children, Toni Kay Boyd, Debbie Boyd Markham and Jeffrey "Fred" Boyd.
He is survived by: his children, Jena Pickle (Timmy), Tina Hulett and Joey Boyd (Quincy); his grandchildren, Tanya Burks, Jennifer Elam Hendi (Tamer), Kerry Sintakakis (Joe), Ashley Markham Carter (Dustin), Stefanie Hulett, Steven Hulett, Robert Hulett, Danielle Hill, Tiffanie Nantz (Blake) and Cory Hulett; and his extended family, Crystalyn Leech (Jon), Tori Cook (Murff) and Hunter Leech (Amber). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
