He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Tubb and Wilmer Lee Owings Tubb; his niece Sharon Martindale; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Tubb and Luther Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Parish Tubbs of Hatley; his children, Elizabeth Ann Hood (Billy) of Amory, Sandra Barnett of Amory, Jeffrey Tubbs of Amory, Michael Tubbs (Cindy) of Hatley and Steven Tubbs; his grandchildren, Jennifer Webb (Keith), Joe Carter (Mandi), Danielle Tubbs, Daniel Tubbs (Brittany), John Tubbs, Alex Tubbs and Chase Tubbs; and his siblings, Charles Tubb of Caledonia, Doyle Tubb (Joyce) of Charleston, MS, Virginia Gregory (W. H.) of Smithville and Linda Butler (Dexter) of Amory. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
