He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Hathcock and Mary Green Frederick Hathcock; and his sister Marilyn Hathcock (Dwayne Hathcock). He is survived by: his wife Sibil Murphy; his son Phillip Hathcock; his sister Melissa Miller (Bronson); his grandchildren, Courtney Page Harper and Gregory Allen Coker; his great grandchildren, Hayden Harper, Aliyah Greathouse, Amaya Greathouse, Major Greathouse, Logan, Connor and Bella Coker; and his aunts and uncles, Doris Irvin, Gary Frederick and Lynn Horn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cleveland-Moffett Funeral Home (1604 MS-25, Amory, MS 38821). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
