She was predeceased by: her former husband Rev. Claxton Cook; and her sisters, Maurine Neel and Carolyn Mattox. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Cook Burchfield of Hot Springs and Linda Cook Simmons of Tupelo; her grandson Anthony "Tony" Karl Cook Simmons (Audrey) of Wichita Falls; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Thomas Simmons and Aniston Claire Simmons. She is also survived by her family and friends.
