He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Katherine Frost Lewis. He is survived by: his son Ryan Barclay (Thuydung Vo) of East Lansing, Michigan; and his siblings, Lisa Moore of Mason, Ohio, Tom Lewis of Highland, Michigan and Rob Lewis of Highland, Michigan.
