He is survived by: his wife Rachel Ann Seymore of Amory; his parents, Debra Ann Vaughan of Amory and Charles Irvin Seymore of Amory; his children, Layne Seymore of Nettleton, Charles Daniel Seymore, Jr. of Washington and Rebecca Seymore of Washington; his stepdaughters, Tasha Wright, Crystal Clark (Jermaine) of Starkville and Jessica Conner of Arkansas; his sister Dawn Cavender (Jerry) of Amory; his mother-in-law Ora Miller of Hamilton; his brother-in-law Stacy Nowell of Amory; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Trease (Carson) and Robbie Cavender; his aunt Jimmy Hurley; his uncle Linda Hurley; and also, Terra Quinn, Payton Quinn, Caylee Quinn, Gracie Clark, Victoria Wright and Paige Wright. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
