He is survived by: his wife Linda Steele; his children, Michael Charles Steele (Diane) of Amory, John Robert Steele (Kim) of Amory and Carolyn Motes of Amory; his brother Walter Steele of Marion, AR; and his grandchildren, Nathan Steele (Heather), John Michael Motes (Tori), Heather Motes, Jamie Brannon (Joey), Chris Steele (Kathryn), Jessica Bond (Jeffrey) and Kelsey George (Josh). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
