He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Winford and Gracie Nadell McDuffie Oliver; his siblings, Winford Oliver, Roger Oliver, Judy Lane Stanford, Windle Nell Oliver and Helen Denise Oliver; and his sons, Larry Wayne and Christopher Eugene Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Sue Oliver of Hamilton; his children, Lessie Kay Oliver of Amory, Patricia Susanne Oliver of Baldwyn, Elizabeth Sue Parish (Daniel) of Hamilton, Charles Eric Oliver (Tina) of Amory and Joe Franklin Oliver of Hamilton; and his sisters, Sue Oliver Walker (Jimmy), Cathy Oliver Pounders (Joel) and Jennie Oliver Murphy (Joey). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
