He is survived by: his father Donnie Ray Carter (Tammy); his sisters, Lacy Carter Morgan (Jay) and Katy Jo Carter; his nephews, Gus Morgan and Finn Morgan; his stepmother Sally Hill; his close friend Robbie Horn; his stepfather Ken Mason; and also Casey.
