He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Motes (Wanda) of Hamilton and Marie Wilson of Marion, IL; his wife Carolyn Motes of Amory; his children, Nathan Steele (Heather) of Amory, John Michael Motes (Victoria) of Amory and Heather Motes of Amory; his siblings, Benny Motes (Gladys) of Hamilton, Melissa Rubright of Marion, IL and Sandra Kay Motes of Pontotoc; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Carmen, Hailey, Reagan Steel, Braiden Motes, Alaina Motes and Derrick Motes. He is also survived by aunts and uncles.
