With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy Riggan (Amory, Mississippi), who passed away on February 17, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hurley and Jesker Holloway Hurley; her former spouse Bernie Lee Weaver; her husband John B. Riggan; her son Micheal Ray Weaver; and her siblings, Russell Hurley, Grady Hurley, Doyle Hurley, Lenny May Hurley and Helen Hurley.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Lee Weaver of Amory, Doris Kellum (Paul) of Smithville and Lois Allred (Tank) of Amory; her siblings, Raymond Hurley (Cecile) of Eggville, James Hurley (Linda) of Amory and Shirley Hurley of Smithville; and her grandchildren, Mistie Franklin, Shawn Franklin (Stephanie), Jason Szerkins, Michael Szerkins, Brandy Adams, Amy Cox, Richard Allred (Candi), Daniel Allred and PeeWee Allred. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of niece and nephews.
