She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Simmons and Lottie Etoy Simmons; and her sister Dorothy Cruse. She is survived by: her son Rodney Munlin (Casey); her grandchildren, Catharine Cook and Seth Cook; her great grandchildren, Asher and Levi Cook; and her siblings, Janie Conlee and Thomas Earl Simmons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
