He was predeceased by: his parents, David Chason Tutor and O. D. Tutor. He is survived by: his wife Martha Tutor; his daughters, Penny Fortner (Mike), Wanda and Tonia Gray (Robert); his grandchildren, Kyle Shettles, Brandon Gray, Katelyn Gray, Orlando Gonzales and Lauren Fortner; and his siblings, David Clet Tutor and Uvonne Hurd. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and other loved ones and friends.
