He was predeceased by: his parents, Floria Lee Ballard and Charlie Rayburn Saine; and his siblings, Reavonda Saine Lewis and Bradley Saine. He is survived by: his wife Sharon P. Saine; his daughters, Katie Mincey (Judd), Elizabeth Bailey (Randell) and Tracey Patton (Chris); his stepchildren, April Braddock (Chuck), Dena Penton (Thomas) and Ronnie Wainwright (Stephanie); his siblings, Wesley Saine (Robin), Kathy Saine Farmer and Renee Helton (Jonathan); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Ashton, Addy, Avery, Parker, Elijah, Drake, Taylor and Lynleigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
