He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Grice and Leora Pullen Grice; his former wife Marie Rodgers Grice; his wife Billie Dallas Jackson Grice; his daughter Janie Grice; and his sisters, Lorraine Bailey and Charlene Bagwell.
He is survived by: his sons, Osman Leo Grice, Jr of Clinton and John Robert Grice of Jackson; and his brother Happy T. Grice of French Camp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
