She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel David Ballard and Mary Erma Hunt Ballard of Ackerman, MS.; her husband Randell Glenn Sullivan; and her son Randell Glenn Sullivan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Sullivan (Sherry), Susan Sullivan and Sherry Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Adam, Sam Sullivan and Kelsey Sullivan.
