She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Wilson Peninger; her sons, Gary Peninger and Terry Price; her parents, Sol Benson and Lillian Benson; and her siblings, Howard Benson, Lois Lovern, Mattie Sue Alexander and Syble Wilson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brandon Peninger of Madison, Tera Price of Mathiston and Nikki Nail of Ackerman; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Cohen, Caroline Peninger, Kayson and Braylee Nail; and her siblings, Inez Robertson of Philadelphia, Alice Linton of North Carolina and Willard Benson of Philadelphia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
