He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Edward Pennington and Emma Lee Pennington of Ackerman, MS.; and his brother Dr. Earl Pennington (Patti). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Pennington; his children, Jennifer Lynne Pennington (Will Richardson) and Andrew Glenn Pennington; his granddaughter Isabel Kim Pennington; and his sister Lynne Howie (John Sharp).
