He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Asbury and Mary Elizabeth Pennington Blair; and his siblings, Mabel Collins (George), Durwood Blair (Alza), Hazel Volemert (Warren), Lester Blair (Opal) and Mary Joe Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Gilreath Blair; his children, Keith Blair (Angel), Leigh Blair Guin (Bryan) and Kristie Blair Permenter; his grandchildren, Brandon Blair, Peyton Blair (Maddie), Austin Guin (Syd Allmond), Mason Blair, Meagan Guin, Tyler Guin, Autumn Permenter and Summer Permenter; and his sisters, Jeanette Clark (Don) of Westminster, SC and Edna Renfro of Horn Lake, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
