He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Frank and Helen Lindau Frank. He is survived by: his sister Marylyn Joseph (Shelley) of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Stephen Frank and Sherri Hernandez; his nephew Daniel Joseph (Terresa); and his nieces, Rosanne Sotor (Tom), Michele Stoute and Marie Mullen (Scott). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
