She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Holliday and Margaree Forshee; her former husband Richard Rowe; her daughter Katina Rowe; and her brother Willie C. Holliday (Mary Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Bufford L. Buckingham; her sons, Steven Rowe (Melinda), Patrick Rowe (Daffney) and Richie Rowe (Tamanda); and her sisters, Earlene Jones, Alice Barfield, Jerry Dean Holliday and Annie Mae Rowe.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Belle Memorial Funeral Home (216 MS-25, Aberdeen, MS 39730). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (20622 Egypt Rd, Aberdeen, MS 39730). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens (515 MS-8, Aberdeen, MS 39730).
