She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph Boyd and Fae Annie Neal Boyd; her siblings, Robbie Faye Cantrell and James Everette "Jimmy" Boyd; her father-in-law Jerry Lee Imel, Sr.; and her grandson Christopher Imel.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Imel; her daughters, Elizabeth "Liza" Motes (Jonathon), Hamilton and Norma Imel; and her grandchildren, Carly Imel, Abby Motes (Brandon Hall), Holli Sellers and Lexi Whitworth (Christian Ybarra). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hamilton Presbyterian Church (40171 Hamilton Rd, Hamilton, MS 39746).
