With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Clifford Hanna Sanders (Aberdeen, Mississippi), born in Okolona, Mississippi, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Clifton Hanna, Sr. and Mary Lucille Milstead Hanna; her siblings, John William Hanna and Janie G. Darty; and her granddaughter Mary Anna Kehl Milican.
She is survived by: her children, Delores Sanders Echols (Gary) of West Point, Carolyn Sanders of West Point, Janette "Jay" Whitaker (David) of Hamilton, Loretta S. Milican (Billy) of West Point and James Albert Sanders, III (Lynn); her siblings, Carl Hanna (Janet) of Pontotoc, Nell Lawson (Tommy) of Wren, Nita Ausborn of Becker and Wutzi Kendrick of Aberdeen; and her grandchildren, Monica Coleman, Brian Wilemon, Carie Odom, Haley Whitaker, Sabrina Milican, Ance Lee Milican, Brittany Crow, Dale Milican, Sunni Rae Milican, Megan Feth, Cliff Sanders and Lee Sanders. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
