She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Lile Murphree and Gladys Dickson Murphree; her husband Thomas Banks Shepherd, Jr.; her children, Tommy Shepherd (Mary Scott) of Jackson, MS, Susan Sanders of Aberdeen, MS and Eva Ann Shepherd of Houston, TX; her pet Rascal; her brother Lile Murphree, Jr. (Patsy) of Oakton, VA.; her grandchildren, Banks Shepherd of Winston Salem, NC, Martin Shepherd (Randle) of Nashville, TN, Ashley Forrester (Brent) of Caledonia, MS, Mary Margaret Basham (Brett) of Birmingham, AL, April Jacobs (Jay) of Oxford, MS, Torrie Hardcastle of Houston, TX, Mary Hannah Ellis (Andy) of Leeds and England; and her great grandchildren, Polly Shepherd, Micki Grace Forrester, Thomas Forrester, Charlotte Basham, Molly Basham, Bella Jacobs, Nola Jacobs, Maya Hardcastle, Mikey Hardcastle and Maverick Hardcastle. She was also cherished by her family, many friends.
