It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorine Smith of Aberdeen, Mississippi, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto August and Dorothy Koester Wilke; her siblings, Anita (Eulis Smith, Jr.) and Daniel Wilke; and her siblings-in-law, John Smith (Mabel) and Clara Smith Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Smith (Gail) of Aberdeen, Thomas Smith (Adrian Anne) of Aberdeen, Patricia Benson, Debra Olson (Thomas) of Columbus, NC, Linda Cullum (David) of Amory, Nancy Tucker, Dorothy Mayhall of Castle Rock, CO and Sarah Land (Spencer) of Longview, TX.; her grandchildren, Justin O'Quinn, Bethany Olson Preus (Erik), Vanessa O'Quinn Bosarge (James), Jonathan Olson (Marie), Jake Tucker, Bonny Cullum Kennedy (Thomas), Katherine Olson Saunders (Erik), Brittney Smith Irvin (Gabe), Blair Cullum, Ross Land, Amy Mayhall Bowers (Alex), Warren Smith, Emily Tucker Fasci (David), Samuel Mayhall, Margaret Land Herndon (Matthew), Mandi Tucker, Sarah Mayhall Roullier (Chase), Josey Land McNeal (Caleb), Elizabeth Cullum Darnell (Reagan), Luke Land, Audie Carolyne Smith and Thomas-Brunson Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Mildred Smith Allen and Anita Jean Smith Boyd. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
