He is survived by: his mother Joan Millender Loftin of Gibson; his wife Sherrie Lynn Loftin of Tupelo; his daughter Ashley Cole Byrd (Will Taggart) of Starkville; his pet Knox Oscar Byrd; his granddaughters, Savannah Taggart and Everly Taggart; his mother-in-law Doris Causey of Nettleton; his siblings, Daniel Loftin (Cheryl) of Aberdeen, David Loftin (Elaine) of Gibson and Pamela Hall (Ronnie) of Gibson; and his pet Kylie Jo Loftin. He is also survived by niece, two nephews, four great nieces, and two great nephews.
