James Plaxico Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Plaxico (Aberdeen, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry James' memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May James' journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Runnell, Sr. and Edith Plaxico; his wife Traci Plaxico; and his brothers, Robert and Gary Plaxico.
He is survived by: his sons, Lee Plaxico (Morgan), Hayden Plaxico and Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Cannon and Maggie Lee Plaxico. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tisdale - Lann Memorial (100 W Washington St, Aberdeen, MS 39730). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
