He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cosby Cunningham and Mary Agatha Sanders Cunningham; his former wives, Ellen Sanderson Cunningham and Mary M. Cunningham; and his daughter Dorothy Lynn Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Scott (David) of Shannon, MS, Allen Cunningham of Hamilton, MS and Phillip Cunningham (Marilyn) of Aberdeen, MS; his stepchildren, Eathel Rhea (Ray) of Syracuse, UT, Eden Martin (Lisa) of Oxford, MS, Sam Martin (Victoria) of Edmond, OK and Peter Martin (Jan Lee) of Aberdeen, MS; and his brother Glenn Cunningham of Hamilton, MS. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
