He is survived by: his sons, Josh Chism (Ashley), Cory Chism (Lauren) and Priestville; his siblings, Fulton and Gene Chism (Madeen); his grandchildren, Caity Jo Chism and Collin Corbell; and his close friends, Dana Jenkins, Jay Barnes, Dudley Taylor, Terry Logan and Fulton Ware. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
