He is also survived by great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“My daughter went to school with braxton and was in band with him 2019. As a mother, I can't stop thinking about this sweet boy, my heart hurts so deeply. More than I can put in words. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with y'all during such an immensely tragic time. May God be with y'all and give y'all peace and comfort.”

“Words do not begin to describe how deeply incredibly sorry I am about this sweet boys passing. My daughter went to school with him and was in band w him this year...i met him at the recital aa he ran by and said "hey lexis mom" which made me laugh. Lexi said he was super funny. She is devastated by this as well. With tears running down my face please know, as a mother, my heart genuinely deeply aches for his parents and all his family and friends. May God comfort y'all and give y'all peace...”
