It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Lemons (Zalma, Missouri), born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Wallace and Arlene Hartline Garrott; and her daughter Erin Rose. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Lemons Sr. of Zalma, Missouri; her children, Vicky Beck (Shawn) of Barnhart, Kelly Rose of Millstadt, Regina Smith (Donnie) of Jackson, Missouri, Scott Rose of Barnhart, Joseph Sitzes of Cape Girardeau and Ivan Lemons Jr. (Mindy) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and her siblings, Carol Rose of Jackson, Missouri and Cletus Garrott of Moberly, Missouri. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several brothers- and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
