She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harper Miller and Jennie Miller (Medlock); her husband Kenneth Lavon Holder of Yukon; her children, Janice Tuttle (Joe) of Emporia, Justine Periman (Jim) of Lebanon and Kenneth Holder (Darlene) of Bellbrook, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jessica Winter, Joshua Tuttle (Meganne), Jacob Holder (Andrea) and Brockton Holder (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Winter, Emily Winter, Olivia Tuttle, Maddie Tuttle, Avery Tuttle, Raegan Holder, Blakelyn and Oaklyn Holder.

Memorial contributions may be made to Big Creek Cemetery in memory of Billie.
