He is survived by: his children, Marcy Staggs (Ronnie), Laura McKnight of Sikeston and Thomas McMillen of Dexter; and his siblings, Ronnie Ray McMillen of Sikeston, Nola Faye Passley of Charleston, Charlene Sue Grisso of Charleston, Wilma Irene McMillen of Charleston, Sally Marie Garrett of East Prairie and Barbara Jean McMillen of East Prairie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
