He is survived by: his spouse Phylis June Fitch; his children, Timothy Allen Williams (Ida) of Wyatt, Tamara Ellen Williams (Missy Waldman) of Olivette and Tonya Ella Williams-Fitzgerald (James Secrease) of Festus; his grandchildren, Joseph Miller (Katie Logan), James Williams (Megan) and Macie Fitzgerald; his great grandchild Mila Danlee Williams; and his pet Skippy.
