He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Mae Treadwell of Charleston, MO and Leroy Johnson (Byrd) of Maywood, IL; his former wife Annie Ivy; his wife Annette Treadwell; his children, Arthur Ivy, Gerald Ivy, Dont (Ivy), Tynesha Ivy of Macomb, IA and Nakema Lane (Caleb) of Sikeston, MO; his stepdaughters, Cynthia Ayers (Sylvester), Nakasha Harper (Maurice), Victoria Fisher of Cape Girardeau, MO and Latwaine Fisher of Sikeston, MO; his siblings, Wardell Coleman Jr. of Cape Girardeau, MO, Teresa Black (Donald), Melissa Taylor (Tyrone) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Denurah Scott (Timothy) of Roseville, MI, Judy Lyons of Bloomington, IL, Diane Burby (Andre) of Deridder, LA, Ramona Johnson, Kimberly Johnson of Maywood, IL, Angela McNeal (Derrick) of Plainfield, IL, Patricia Chandler (Allen) of West Chester, IL and Terry Mays of East St; his goddaughters, Veronica Hamilton of Cape Girardeau, MO, Starla Hudson (Darna) of St. Louis, MO and Tita Mathies of Malden, MO; his aunts, Vernice Ivy and Juanita Jefferson of Charleston, MO; and his godmother Flora Eanes of Cape Girardeau, MO.
