He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Perry and Edna Perry (Newnham); his brothers, Larry and Darrell Perry; and his cousins, Leonard Perry, Jolene Blanford and Robert Lipper.
He is survived by: his close friend Delores Jean Durant of Wyaconda; his children, Douglas Durant (Debbie) of Baxter, Daniel Durant (Michele) of Newton, Brian Holton (Vickie) of Memphis, Kevin Holton (Jennifer) of Memphis and Deborah Salas (Richard) of Kansas City; his nephew Chris Perry (Ramona Pieron); his nieces, Constance Parker (Rob), Debbie Ewers (John) and Jennifer Graf (Pete Breen); and his cousins, Roma Moline, Margaret Schmitz, Frances Perry and Wes Perry. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
