She is survived by: her husband Charles Stark; her children, Lisa E. Robinson, Nicki Schwagger (Kurt), Vicki Ziegler, Pat Stark (Cheryl) and Chrystal Struthers (Robert); her grandchildren, Brian Robinson (Julie), Aurora Stark (Joseph), Victor Stark, Dakota Zeigler, Logan Zeigler, Kyla Schwagger, Koen Schwagger, Aiden Struthers and Brayden Struthers; and her great grandchildren, Landon Ambrosia Robinson, Jacob Whitmire, Andrew Whitmire, Eli Davenport, Rhoan Stark, Daphne Preston, Sophie Preston, Isabelle Preston and Lucy Preston.
Memorials may be made in Winnie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
