He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phegley and Anna Phegley; and his sisters, Kathy Phegley and Rosalie Riley. He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Reckamp and Lisa Hueffmeier; and his siblings, Raymond Phegley of Wright City, MO, Richard Phegley of Las Vegas, Carroll Bonn of St. Peters and Mary Van Pelt of Wright City, MO. He is also survived by 2 grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews.
