He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Harbison and Alma Harbison. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Cafazza; his children, Keith Harbison (Dana), Heather Harbison and Phillip Harbison; his granddaughter Emma Harbison; and his siblings, Frank Harbison, Renee, Cindy Palozola and Fran.

Memorial donations are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Phillip.
