It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman E Willard of Wright City, Missouri, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanie Key Willard; his children, Suzette Barbaud, Norman J. Willard (Deanna), Annette Eddy (Shawn) and John Willard (Heather); and his grandchildren, Michael Abrolat, Anthony Beaver, Ashleigh Beaver, Joseph Barbaud, Rebecca Bow, Jordan Harbin, Ashley Cochran, Michael Harbin, Nathan Eddy, Megan Eddy, Milaya Samons and Brandon Beaver.
