She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Woodard and Edna Mary Woodard; her sisters, Francis Woodard (Audrey), Lois Whitthaus, Ruth Smith (Doug) and Eunice Hamilton (Dwight); and her granddaughter Kathryn Medlock.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Orf (Tom), Jerry Medlock, Chris Medlock (Nicole) and Marilyn Medlock; her siblings, Joe Hendricks, Eva Gilda, Billie Quick and Sue Treadway (Steve); her grandchildren, Sarah Stotlemeyer (Steven), Erika Martin, Ethan Martin, Meggan Orf, Maddison Orf, Brittany Greene (Elliot), Kaitlyn Medlock, Austin Medlock, Christopher Medlock, Hunter Musil, Harrison Musil, Shelby Allison and Matthew Jones; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Stotlemeyer and Everly Greene.
