He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Chadd and Betty Chadd; his son Bristyn Chadd; and his sisters, Betty Jo Chadd and Tina York.
He is survived by: his wife Malinda Timm; his children, Ely Chadd and Bryleigh Chadd; his siblings, Carl Chadd (Cindy), Donald Chadd, Jr., Sherri Farmer and Denise Chadd; his father-in-law Ron Timm; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Timm (JoAnn) and Jacinda Alvolos. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
