He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Christine Lewis-Meenan (William Meenan), Nicholas (Rebecca) and Elizabeth Lewis-Muse (Nathan); his grandchildren, Allison Treen, Anastasia Lewis, Edward Austin Lewis, Gracie Muse, Dillon Muse, Bailey Muse and Ashley Thoelke; and his great grandchild Macaela Thoelke.
