He is survived by: his mother Mary Fortmann; and his siblings, Bonnie Thomas (James), Ron Fortmann (Michelle) and John Fortmann. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews; many cousins; other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to be given to the Diabetes Association in honor of Donald Lee Fortmann.
