She is survived by: her sons, Owen "Dwayne" Lewis (Kristin) of Wright City, MO, David Lewis (Barbara) of Broken Arrow, OK and Ralph "Eddie" Lewis (Terry) of Wentzville, MO; and her son-in-law Harold Page of Troy, MO. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
