He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Minnie; and his siblings, Pauline Kowalski, Glen Conley, John Conley and Carroll Schmelz.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Conley; his children, Donna Conley, Melisa Horton (Frank) and Carla Guinn (Josh); his grandchildren, Adam Conley (Erika), Bailey Herrmann, Conner Horton and Caroline Horton; and his brothers, Lloyd Conley (Carol) and Ron Conley (Jan).
