He was predeceased by: his parents, Boynton Peter and Ida Katherine Nissen (Thiery); and his brother Jack Nissen. He is survived by: his children, Boynton Todd Nissen (Denise) of Green Bay, WI, Mark Edward Nissen (Mary Ulrich) of Milwaukee, WI and Lisa Staugaard (Bob) of Kona, HI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
