She was predeceased by : her parent Alice Strickland; her husband Paul Waddell; her son Jimmy Earl Waddell; and her siblings, Von Strickland, Valery Strickland, Velton Strickland, George Strickland, Robert "Happy" Strickland, Beamon Strickland and Susie S. Campany.
She is survived by : her parent Vollie Strickland; her daughter Mildred W. Cummings of Fayetteville; her sibling Everette "Bubby" Strickland of Cerro Gordo; and her grandchildren, Tracy Waddell, Ricky Waddell, Stacy Waddell, Laverne Redd and Joseph Redd.
